You can book your warranty repair from the link below. Samsung will collect, repair/replace and return your item free of charge.
Please note that Samsung will quote you for repairs if the fault is not covered under the warranty.
About your Samsung warranty repair
Samsung's Authorised Repair Partner will attempt to repair your product, whether the fault is something covered by our warranty (an "in warranty repair") or something not covered by our warranty (an "out of warranty repair").
Out of warranty repair:
- You understand that any damage to your product will deem your device out of warranty and any repair will be chargeable.
- If your product is outside of it’s warranty period a repair will be chargeable.
- Our Authorised Repair Partner will not proceed with any repair until they have agreed a price with you and you authorise them to proceed.
In warranty repair:
- You understand that if your product is deemed in warranty that you will be required to provide a proof of purchase.
