8. Returns
8.1. If goods are purchased for private use you have the right to return the goods on the basis that:
8.1.1. You return the goods to us within 28 calendar days from the date receipt. A return merchandise authorisation number (RMA) must be obtained prior to any return and clearly written on the return label.
8.1.2. The goods are kept in the same condition as we provided them to you.
8.1.3. The goods are still in its original sealed packaging and have not been opened or tampered with.
8.1.4. You are liable for all associated costs for the return of the goods.
8.1.4.1. We require you to return the goods using a delivery tracked service i.e. signed for by us. This only confirms that we received a package and does not confirm that the contents/goods were received or if in acceptable condition.
8.1.4.2. You must also provide us with a date of delivery and approx time of arrival.
8.1.4.3. Goods must be sent to the address stated with the RMA number. Returns cannot be accepted at our registered office. If goods are sent to our registered office you may be liable for additional delivery costs to resend to the RMA address.
8.1.5. It is at our discretion to accept if the goods are still in its original state, and therefore we reserve the right to refuse such a refund or credit note.
8.2 You are not able to return any type of item that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons, such as headphones, earbuds, earpieces etc unless deemed faulty within 28 days of receipt. After 28 days of receipt the item(s) can be sent to the manufacturer for repair within the terms of the manufacturer warranty.
