There may be a few reasons why you are experiencing low or poor quality sound.
- You may be wearing the earbuds incorrectly
- Use the correct earbud tip and wings to best fit your ears. A tight seal in your ear will ensure the best sound quality

- The buds may have accumulated dust or debris
- The software is outdated
- Low battery
- Your buds also have volume controls by using its built-in touchpad commands:
- To adjust the volume on your Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds+, Galaxy Buds Live, Galaxy Buds2, Galaxy Buds Pro or Galaxy Buds2 Pro, touch and hold the touchpad
- To adjust the volume on the Gear IconX, drag your finger up or down on the touchpad. This action is not available on any other type of Galaxy buds
