Advanced Replacement
If you suspect that your covered DrayTek product has developed a fault, our experienced support technicians will help you to diagnose the problem and determine whether the unit needs to be service or replaced. If it does, a replacement unit will be sent out the same day for delivery on the next working/business day (to most of the UK). If you wish to take the unit yourself to the service centre (currently North of London), replacement or diagnosis/repair can be carried out in person.
3 or 5 Year Warranty
With VigorCare, you also have the benefit of an extention to a full 3 or even 5 years of warranty so that if a fault does develop, you will have no bills for parts, labour or replacement in the event that a warranty fault develops. We're proud of the reliability that DrayTek products achieve but however unlikely a problem might be, if your business depends on your DrayTek product, VigorCare should give you the peace of mind and convenience that you need.
VigorCare subscription can be purchased through your DrayTek dealer. To select the appropriate subscription pack, click on the 'specification' tab above to find the right category for your product.
VigorCare membership is subject to the VigorCare Terms & Conditions (see terms tab, above) and should be taken out within 6 months of purchase of your new router.

We require 1 working day to process and handle your order before despatch. Standard delivery takes 2 working days after despatch; Express delivery takes 1 working day after despatch. Allow 3 working days in total for Standard or 2 working days for Express, including handling. Working days are Monday to Friday.
UK Standard delivery is £2.49 for orders below £8 and free for orders of £8 or more. Express and timed services cost extra. Overseas fulfilment may take longer; we will notify you if this applies.

Returns
Returns
For eligible online purchases, tell us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel, then return the goods within a further 14 days. You may inspect items as you would in a shop; deductions may apply for handling beyond what is necessary. Statutory exceptions apply, including certain sealed hygiene goods once unsealed.
Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. We issue refunds within 7 days in accordance with our policy. Faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods are handled separately, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
Please contact us before returning goods and read our returns and refund policy for full conditions and the correct return address. Any more generous returns offer made when you ordered remains applicable.

Manufacturer warranty cover is shown in the product details where available. Contact us if your item develops a fault or you need help with a warranty claim.
A manufacturer warranty is additional to your statutory rights. It does not replace your rights against In Touch Telecoms Ltd for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
