Who is eligible?

This offer is for businesses with one or more employees, with a minimum order of one SIM. We will confirm eligibility before issuing a contract.

Can I keep my existing number?

Tell us that you would like to keep your number when you enquire. We will confirm the transfer process for your current provider and connection type before proceeding. If you are already with EE, let us know so we can check the applicable options.

When will my SIM be activated?

Activation arrangements are confirmed after eligibility and contract checks. If your current contract has not ended, include its end date in your enquiry so we can discuss timing.

Who provides the contract and takes payment?

The contract is with EE Business, and monthly payments are collected by EE. Your initial enquiry through In Touch Telecoms takes no payment.

What should I check before signing?

Review the monthly price, VAT, any scheduled price changes, out-of-allowance charges and the full contract terms. Ask us to confirm these details for your proposed connection before signing. Coverage and compatible device requirements apply to mobile network services.

What happens if I use all 100GB?

The plan includes Stay Connected data: after the allowance is used, EE keeps essential services connected at a reduced speed of 0.5Mbps, subject to the plan terms.
