O2 Business Ultimate

Choose from 2GB, 10GB, 25GB, 50GB, 100GB or Unlimited monthly data, with unlimited UK calls and texts on a 24-month business SIM-only plan.

  • 1,000 UK-to-EU minutes, 150 UK-to-worldwide minutes and 250 NGN minutes, subject to eligible destinations and numbers.
  • Data rollover on capped data options; no rollover on Unlimited.
  • Satellite included, subject to compatible device and service availability.
  • TravelFree in eligible destinations and optional TravelPlus at £5 excluding VAT per day in eligible destinations.

Roaming is subject to destination lists, fair-use limits and plan terms. International calls from the UK are separate from roaming abroad. Ask us to confirm your destinations and usage before you travel.

Monthly pricing and your enquiry

Prices shown are monthly charges excluding VAT. VAT is added at the applicable rate. No handset is included. Enquiring does not place an order or activate a service. We will confirm eligibility, connection type, the contract term, any upfront charges, scheduled price changes and out-of-allowance charges before you sign.

Tell us if you want to keep your number or already have an O2 connection. New connections, transfers and migrations may have different eligibility and terms.

Your personalised quote

An additional discount may be available, subject to O2 approval. Any approved discount will be confirmed in your personalised quote before you agree to the contract.

SIM delivery and activation

Your SIM will only be dispatched once your contract has been agreed, the required credit checks have been completed and your application has been accepted. We will confirm dispatch and activation arrangements with you. Submitting an enquiry does not place an order or activate a service.

Shipping

We require 1 working day to process your order and aim to deliver your goods within 3 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday.  Our Logistics Centre will process orders up to 11pm the same day.  For example, if you place an order on Monday at 8am, your order will be processed that day before 11pm and leave our logistics centre on Tuesday.

The majority of goods are despatched between 1-3 working days subject to availability.  If you opt for the standard delivery service, you will receive your order within 1-3 days.  You can opt for an enhanced delivery service for a quicker service.  Some goods are despatched from overseas locations and therefore you will experience a longer lead time.  You will be notified if an order is being fulfilled from an overseas location.  

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days. All we ask is that the item is returned in its original condition we all seals intact.

Note: You are not able to return any type of item that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons, such as headphones, earpieces etc
