Prism manufacturer lead time: 5–7 days.
Prism cabinets have manufacturer lead times, which apply instead of our standard parcel delivery estimates. Quoted despatch times are estimates from acceptance of the written order. Final availability, delivery date and charges will be confirmed in your quotation.
Assembled is standard. Flat-pack requirements, where available, must be confirmed in the quote. Please include your delivery postcode and any access or unloading requirements.
Order acceptance: Your order becomes binding when In Touch Telecoms accepts your purchase order in writing or sends written order confirmation. Requesting or receiving a quotation does not commit you to placing an order. A quotation or automated receipt acknowledgement does not form a binding contract. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

FI cabinets, IP-rated cabinets (including IP54), and cabinets in any non-standard size are supplied as bespoke or made-to-order items.
For business orders, these items are non-cancellable once we accept the order in writing and non-returnable for change of mind. Please check the cabinet size, doors, panels and all other quoted requirements before confirming your order.
For standard PI cabinets that are not bespoke or made to order, please contact us before arranging a return. Eligibility and any applicable charges will be confirmed in writing, subject to your statutory rights.
For consumer orders, any statutory cancellation and return rights remain in force. The change-of-mind cancellation exemption applies to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised; being made to order alone does not remove those rights. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed.
