The DrayTek Vigor 2867-5G is a multi-WAN business router for VDSL/ADSL2+ and Ethernet fibre broadband. Its integrated 5G/4G modem supports primary mobile broadband or a backup connection. This model provides wired networking without an integrated Wi-Fi access point. VPN, firewall, VLAN and quality-of-service controls help manage office connections and remote access.

Product description
Use the router to manage broadband connectivity, separate network traffic with VLANs, and establish site-to-site or remote-access VPN connections. WAN failover requires a configured alternative Internet connection. Mobile connectivity requires a suitable SIM or eSIM profile, an active data service and network coverage. Only one SIM connection is active at a time. Service speeds, wireless performance and VPN throughput depend on the connection, firmware, configuration and connected equipment. Manufacturer maximum figures are not guaranteed real-world throughput.

Complete your network installation
Need RJ45 Ethernet cables for your installation? Add CAT6 ten-packs or CAT5e ten-packs in a choice of colours and lengths. Check the copper RJ45 port type, cable category and length required; cables for SFP/SFP+ fibre connections are different.

We require 1 working day to process and handle your order before despatch. Standard delivery takes 2 working days after despatch; Express delivery takes 1 working day after despatch. Allow 3 working days in total for Standard or 2 working days for Express, including handling. Working days are Monday to Friday.
UK Standard delivery is £2.49 for orders below £8 and free for orders of £8 or more. Express and timed services cost extra. Overseas fulfilment may take longer; we will notify you if this applies.

Returns
Returns
For eligible online purchases, tell us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel, then return the goods within a further 14 days. You may inspect items as you would in a shop; deductions may apply for handling beyond what is necessary. Statutory exceptions apply, including certain sealed hygiene goods once unsealed.
Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. We issue refunds within 7 days in accordance with our policy. Faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods are handled separately, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
