The DrayTek Vigor 167 is a VDSL2 35b and ADSL2+ modem that bridges a DSL broadband connection to an Ethernet WAN router or firewall. The UK/Irish V167-K model is pre-configured for most UK DSL services and provides two Gigabit Ethernet ports for flexible connection and management.

Details

Connect the Vigor 167 to your DSL line and the Ethernet WAN port of your router or firewall. Your router handles the internet connection settings and any ISP credentials. The second Gigabit port allows convenient access to the modem management interface. DSL status can also be displayed on compatible DrayTek Vigor routers.

Actual connection speed depends on your service, line conditions and supported DSL profile. VDSL2 35b support does not include G.fast. This modem has no integrated Wi-Fi.

Shipping

We require 1 working day to process and handle your order before despatch. Standard delivery takes 2 working days after despatch; Express delivery takes 1 working day after despatch. Allow 3 working days in total for Standard or 2 working days for Express, including handling. Working days are Monday to Friday.

UK Standard delivery is £2.49 for orders below £8 and free for orders of £8 or more. Express and timed services cost extra. Overseas fulfilment may take longer; we will notify you if this applies.

Returns

For eligible online purchases, tell us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel, then return the goods within a further 14 days. You may inspect items as you would in a shop; deductions may apply for handling beyond what is necessary. Statutory exceptions apply, including certain sealed hygiene goods once unsealed.

Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. We issue refunds within 7 days in accordance with our policy. Faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods are handled separately, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
