The V2865-K is the wired model. Wi-Fi and integrated LTE mentioned in the series overview apply to other variants.
Use DSL or Ethernet WAN with load balancing, failover and policy-based routing. VPN features include IPsec acceleration, SSL VPN and remote-access options. VLANs separate networks, while firewall rules, content filtering and Quality of Service control traffic. Supported DrayTek access points and switches can be centrally managed. Some services require separate subscriptions.

Shipping
We require 1 working day to process and handle your order before despatch. Standard delivery takes 2 working days after despatch; Express delivery takes 1 working day after despatch. Allow 3 working days in total for Standard or 2 working days for Express, including handling. Working days are Monday to Friday.
UK Standard delivery is £2.49 for orders below £8 and free for orders of £8 or more. Express and timed services cost extra. Overseas fulfilment may take longer; we will notify you if this applies.

For eligible online purchases, tell us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel, then return the goods within a further 14 days. You may inspect items as you would in a shop; deductions may apply for handling beyond what is necessary. Statutory exceptions apply, including certain sealed hygiene goods once unsealed.
Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. We issue refunds within 7 days in accordance with our policy. Faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods are handled separately, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
